FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What do you mean by a fully personalized experience?

For us, personalization goes far beyond choosing dishes from a predefined list. It means designing a menu around your tastes, preferences, and dietary needs, while creating a visual and emotional concept aligned with your style. We adapt the rhythm of the service to your event and carefully curate mise en place, presentation, and storytelling.

Your event is not adapted to us. We adapt to you.

Do you have sample menus?

We can provide inspiration menus to guide the conversation, but we rarely work with fixed proposals. Every event begins with a consultation where we take the time to understand the type of occasion, the location, the guests, and the atmosphere you wish to create. From there, we develop a fully bespoke proposal designed specifically for your event.

How does your process work?

Our process is structured around four essential phases that allow creativity to flourish without compromising precision and professionalism. We begin with listening and consultation, followed by concept and menu design. Ingredient selection and preparation come next, leading to the final execution, where every detail comes together to create a complete experience.

Do you work with dietary restrictions and special requests?

Absolutely. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, as well as cultural and religious requirements are naturally integrated into the menu design. These considerations are treated as part of the creative process and never as limitations, ensuring elegance and flavor for every guest at the table.

Is Homemade suitable for luxury weddings and high-end private events?

Yes. Our approach is particularly suited to couples and private clients seeking refinement, authenticity, and a tailor-made experience rather than a standard catering format. We collaborate closely with wedding planners, venues, and creative teams to ensure harmony between cuisine, aesthetics, and atmosphere.

How far in advance should we book?

The sooner the better! Especially to ensure availability on your desired date.

For weddings and events during peak season, especially in Tuscany and throughout Italy, we recommend contacting us six to twelve months in advance. For private dinners and small gatherings, availability may vary depending on the season.

Do you travel for destination events?

Yes. We operate across Italy and internationally, bringing our culinary vision wherever your event takes place. Each location becomes an integral part of the experience.

Why is your approach more valuable than choosing a restaurant?

A restaurant offers its own concept. We create yours. With Homemade, you experience complete privacy, a menu built exclusively for you, a direct relationship with the chef, and a fully curated atmosphere. It is not simply dining; it is a personal gastronomic journey.
